Brenda Vongova has served as a cabinet member of three Presidents of the United Nations General Assembly, under the auspices of the sixty-second (Eastern European Presidency), sixty-third (Latin American and Caribbean Presidency) and sixty-fourth (African Presidency) sessions of the General Assembly.  Prior to joining the United Nations, Ms. Vongova pursued graduate studies at Harvard, where she also worked as an editor and writer for two Harvard newspapers: the Harvard Business School’s HARBUS newspaper and the Harvard Law School’s HL RECORD.  During her academic studies at Harvard, she was invited to join the cabinet of H.E. Dr. Srgjan Kerim, President of the sixty-second session of the United Nations General Assembly, where she served as  Spokesperson Assistant.
